Ah... So I was making
paruppu usili to go with the
mor kozhambu that I made for dinner today. Usually, paruppu usili is made with beans or
kovakkai (tindora), but I made it today with capsicum, the way my mom makes it. And it tastes as great as it looks... Wanna see?
